Terms & Conditions
Clients accessing the services of Pinked Hypnotherapy are bound by the following terms and conditions.
1. Our services are offered without guarantee of the therapeutic outcome. Fees are payable in consideration of our time and expertise.
2. A deposit of £30 is required to secure any appointment. The deposit is non-refundable, but can be transferred to a new appointment providing notice of cancellation of your appointment is given not less than 24 hours before the appointed time, & providing you have not elected for treatment in one of our satellite treatment rooms. If this is the case, and hire of the room cannot be cancelled, the costs of such would be taken from the deposit, and any remaining balance transferrable to a future session.
3. We reserve the right to cancel an appointment at our sole discretion. We will only do so in the most exceptional circumstances and will give as much notice as possible. We accept no liability whatsoever for any financial or other consequences of the cancellation.
4. If you are running late for your session, please let us know as soon as possible. We will do our best to make a full session available but as our ability to do so will depend upon other bookings we cannot guarantee to do so.
5. We will maintain your personal data in the strictest confidentiality. We will not disclose your personal information to any third party unless required to do so by law. The information you provide during the course of your treatment will be held in the same strict confidentiality unless you instruct us in writing to share it with your GP or any other third party.
6. You will automatically be added to our news letter mailing list. Please be assured that we do not share your information with anyone. If you do not wish to receive these please advise us.
